Chef - Mark Addy
Has enjoyed been a chef for the past ten years,
before settling into The Bon several years ago
he worked in some of the regions most prestigious
restaurants & hotels.

| He takes most
of his inspiration from classic french, British
and Mediterranean cuisine and has been strongly
influenced by the cooking styles of chefs like Marco
Pierre White, Michel Roux Jr and Raymond Blanc.
He believes every customer should have a fantastic
dining experience whatever the budget by creating
engaging, interesting and unique menus, using as
much of Yorkshires amazing produce as possible. |

Sous
Chef - Matthew Varley
Has worked at The Bon Restaurant since 2008.
He started as a Kitchen Porter but his enthusiasm
and eagerness to learn gave him the opportunity
to progress quickly. He is very passionate about
his work and yearns for success. Admires the work
of Heston Blumenthal.

Apprentice
chef - Stephen Fish
Stephen joined us early
2011 at The Bon as an apprentice chef. He has learnt
a lot over the past months from both the head chef
and sous chef, he is eager to learn and this valuable
experience will lead to his progression in the catering
industry. He is encouraged by Mark (Head Chef)
and inspired by Gordon Ramsey. |
